Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing knee, hip replacements, and multi-level spine surgeries
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including secretaries, PCTs, and Navigators
• Utilize Meditech for documentation and patient records management
• Operate equipment such as coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs effectively
• Maintain a 6:1 patient ratio while delivering compassionate care

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active RN License
• Demonstrated experience and compassion in an ortho-focused environment
• Proven teamwork skills
