Supporting our service lines, you will be a versatile self-starter with strong interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills, as well as a client-service orientation. We are looking for someone who can help shape marketing plans and fully execute and coordinate the campaigns that support them. On any given day, the role may involve:Campaign and Event Management & ExecutionAssisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and programming aligned with the firm's brand, positioning, and growth goalsPlanning, running, and measuring campaigns across channels, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and refining strategies to improve resultsSupporting national campaigns spanning advertising, digital content development and distribution, social media, sponsorships, firm and executive awards, and public relationsActing as project manager for branding and lead-generation activities, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, and conferences; coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables; and developing content for invitations, announcements, email marketing, and collateralCoordinating hosted and sponsored events from onsite booth setup and breakdown through measuring the results of conferences and business-development eventsStrategic Planning and AnalysisWorking with firm and marketing leadership to shape and carry out marketing plans that advance the firm's growth goalsConducting market research to identify trends, assess the competitive field, and surface new opportunitiesTranslating challenges into structured analyses, insights, and executive-ready deliverables based on research and data to drive performance and growthTracking marketing leads, return on investment, and touchpoints across events and campaignsCoordination, Collaboration, and SupportWorking with marketing and growth leaders and stakeholders to execute growth initiativesServing as a liaison between Partners and staff and the national Marketing team, and providing marketing resources to bothSupporting the proposal development processProofreading marketing documents for spelling, grammar, and layout, and owning the accuracy and clarity of final materialsBuilding and maintaining contact lists and databasesTracking budgets for marketing initiatives, monitoring spend against plans to maximize return on investment, and routing and coding vendor invoicesMaintaining office inventory of marketing materials and promotional giveaways when neededMonitoring prospective clients and market activityBasic Qualifications: Three to five years of marketing or communications experience, either in-house or on behalf of an organization (agency)Experience working in a corporate or professional services environmentBachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related fieldPreferred/Desired Qualifications:Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a consistent focus on the quality of every work productAbility to lead projects or workstreams, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet deadlinesStrong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives on time and on budgetA strong client-service orientation, anticipating the needs of internal teams and external stakeholders, and following through with careAbility to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersAbility to build and sustain professional relationships, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanorEffective written and verbal communication skillsGood understanding of marketing principles and market research techniquesComfort with the technical side of marketing, including MarTech stacks, platforms, tools, and the implications of AI, to help shape and support broader initiativesExtensive experience with MS Office; advanced Excel skills a plusFamiliarity with marketing software and online tools, such as CRM and research tools, online analytics, HubSpot, social media, and project management platforms such as Monday.comFamiliarity with AI prompting, or willingness to earn certificationAbility to learn new technology platforms and research databasesKnowledge of accounting, tax, or other professional services a plusEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
