With consistent routes, dedicated support, and year-round demand, this account provides long-term stability and career growth.
Drivers on this account deliver and install appliances to homes, apartments, businesses, and new construction sites. Deliveries are multi-stop and include unloading, setup, installation, and occasional removal of old appliances. With 30 to 35 stops per week and 250 to 500 units delivered weekly, this is a physically demanding position that rewards drivers who enjoy staying active and providing excellent customer service.

Job Details
- Home daily
- Deliver and install appliances
- Retail and builder deliveries
- Multi-stop routes
- Average 30 to 35 stops per week
- Average 250 to 500 appliances delivered weekly
- Deliver new appliances and remove old or damaged units when required
- Freight staged and loaded from cross-dock facilities
- Customer-facing position with installation responsibilities
Physical Requirements
This is a highly physical and labor-intensive position.
- Load and unload appliances and other heavy products
- Use ramps, dollies, lift gates, and pallet jacks
- Move large appliances safely into homes, apartments, and businesses
- Ability to handle heavy freight throughout the workday
- Installation and assembly work required
Training
- Comprehensive appliance installation training provided
- Training includes:
- Electric ovens and dryers
- Gas ovens and dryers
- Dishwashers
- Garbage disposals
- Range hoods
- Drop-in ovens
- Training lasts approximately 3 to 4 weeks
- Activity-based pay during training
Equipment
- Modern company equipment
- Cross-dock operation
- Trucks remain at the account during time off
- Uniforms provided by the account
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of Class A CDL driving experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to safely lift, move, and install appliances
- Experience with dollies, lift gates, pallet jacks, and ramps preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read and follow installation instructions
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional and dependable work ethic
