Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Monroe, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring an intermediate level of care between ICU and general medical-surgical floors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Demonstrate flexibility with shift assignments and willingness to float to other units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown setting
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current PALS certification
• Experience with float assignments across similar acuity units
