Front Desk Sales Associate – Great Hills | North Austin
Join the team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Great Hills! We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-driven Front Desk Associate who loves people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No spa experience? No problem. We’ll train you. Bring the personality, reliability, and drive—we’ll teach you the rest. What You’ll Do- Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Recommend and sell memberships, services, and upgrades
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Build relationships with members and guests
- Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and welcoming
- Bring positive energy and contribute to a strong team culture
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable with sales
- Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Motivated by goals, incentives, and growth
