Social Media Manager

F Street is a Milwaukee-based investment firm with a track record of success across multiple industries, with a primary focus on real estate-related investment products. Our team is made up of driven, experienced professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional results for our investors and for themselves. We move fast, think big, and reward those who hustle. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own how F Street shows up online. This is a builder’s seat, not a scheduling seat. You’ll run the content engine end-to-end. You’ll be concepting, shooting, editing, writing, publishing, and reporting across multiple channels. We are in the business of real estate, private lending, and investment products, and our audience is made up of investors, brokers, borrowers, and operators. Your job is to make that world feel visual, credible, and impossible to scroll past. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X. Includes planning, production, publishing, and performance. Shoot and edit short-form video in-house: property walkthroughs, project updates, deal breakdowns, market commentary, team culture, and event coverage. Write scripts, hooks, and captions that sound like F Street. Build out executive and personal brand content for firm leadership, turning their expertise into a consistent, high-quality feed. Run community management: respond to comments and DMs, and route real investor and borrower inquiries into HubSpot with clean handoff notes. Design supporting graphics and creative assets in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and with AI. Capture content on site at our properties, projects, and events across Milwaukee and beyond. Report monthly on the metrics that matter: reach, engagement, follower growth, video retention, website traffic, and leads sourced from social. Partner with Investor Relations, Lending, and Development to turn what’s happening inside the business into content. Route any content referencing our investment offerings through the required internal review before it goes live. WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN 2–5 years running social for a brand, agency, or creator, with a portfolio you can walk us through. You personally shoot and edit. Native fluency in how LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube actually work, including formats, distribution, and what earns reach. Strong writer. You can turn a complicated financial topic into a clear, compelling 30-second idea. Comfortable behind the camera and directing others in front of it, including senior leadership. Working knowledge of a CRM or marketing platform (HubSpot a plus) and comfort with analytics. Self-starting and fast. You bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for a brief. Interest in real estate, private lending, or investing is a strong plus. Sound judgment. We operate in a regulated industry, and what we publish has to be accurate and approved. WHY JOIN F STREET? COMPENSATION Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on qualifications, portfolio, and experience) Closed Loan Bonus: Earn $25 per closed loan each month (40 loans/month = $1,000 monthly bonus) On-target earnings: $78,000 – $95,000 in year one. CAREER PATH This role has a clear path toward Social Media Manager → Senior Manager, Brand & Content → Director of Marketing as the team grows.
