The Work As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:
• Perform as a Systems Engineer in the Enterprise Sustainment Solutions Business area
• Work within the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) branch on test stations known as LM-CORE and eCASS
• Develop requirements from customer proposals and engineering changes
• Perform requirements analysis and traceability
• Be fluent in the use of DOORs for requirements management
• Participate in developing systems architectures
• Author performance specifications and interface control documents
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have broad experience working with COTS-based ATE instruments such as Digital Multi Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Supplies, and Loads
• Have a thorough understanding of US Government calibration standards
• Perform obsolescence trade studies
• Author I&T documentation
• Conduct troubleshooting and text execution

• Systems Engineering Lifecycle experience including requirements development, systems design and architecture, integration, and test (I&T) and requirements verifications Desired skills • Development, knowledge, and test experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Systems and Test Program Sets (TPS)
• Model Based Engineering (MBE) and DOORs database experience
• Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
• Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives
• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Experience with back-shop testers (sometimes called I-level testers) and/or F-16 Avionics

National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible. Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $102,800 - $178,135. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
