NTSOC is looking for a compassionate CNA to provide high quality care for our pediatric and adult clients to improve their quality of life at home. Job Type: Full Time/Part Time and Hourly Compensation: $17 - $22 dependent upon experience Benefits for Full Time Employment: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, HSA, PTO/Sick Time, 403b with Company Match, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short/Long Term Disability.

Essential Functions:

• Provides direct care to selected clients as assigned by nursing leadership.
• Provides skilled assistance with activities of daily living, i.e., bathing, combing hair, oral hygiene, dressing, etc.
• Provides care in accordance with the client's plan of care and tasks assigned by RN.
• Implements the client's plan of care in compliance with agency and governmental regulations.
• Provides simple exercises, transfers, and assists with therapy programs when instructed.
• Responsible for documentation of all care provided within 24 hours of the visit utilizing electronic health record software.
• Reports immediately to supervisor or professional staff any changes in the client's condition or any problems in assigned tasks.
• Provides emotional support to clients and families.

Minimum Education : Must have completed a state accredited CNA Program. Minimum Experience: 1-year experience working as a CNA preferred. Home care experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications : Must have a Colorado CNA certificate in good standing (DORA). Current BLS/CPR required. Must be able to work under stress and be emotionally capable of coping with changes in activity. Equipment Used: Electronic health record system, laptop/tablet, vital sign, and assessment equipment.
