Technical Recruiter – Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology

We’re growing and looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join our Engineering, Manufacturing, and Professional Search team. You’ll focus on what you do best—recruiting—while a dedicated Business Development partner handles client acquisition and sales.

What you’ll do

• Recruit engineering, manufacturing, technical, and professional talent for a variety of clients.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews and evaluations to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Partner with Business Development to conduct technical job order intake and translate client needs into clear candidate profiles.
• Prepare and present well‐packaged candidate submittals, including summaries, references, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for repeat and future openings in core disciplines (engineering, maintenance, operations, manufacturing leadership, etc.).
• Use AI tools (Perplexity, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for internal workflows and document processing so you can move quickly without dropping details.

You’re a good fit if you:

• Are very detail oriented with candidate notes, documentation, and follow‐up—you close loops and keep your pipeline clean.
• Can work very quickly without getting flustered, and pivot on the fly to address candidate or client inquiries as they come in.
• Have strong communication and relationship‐building skills and are comfortable leading conversations and building trust with candidates.
• Are competitive, self‐motivated, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
• Are comfortable on the phone, Teams/Zoom, and in a fast‐paced, production‐oriented environment.
