responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Metering, IT, and Engineering to develop strategic sourcing plans for utility AMI initiatives.

• Lead competitive RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract development for smart meters, communication networks, and MDM platforms.

• Assess supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, and total cost of ownership to optimize value and manage risk for Our Client.

• Support governance reviews and phase-gate forums by preparing comprehensive business cases and strategic supplier recommendations.

• Monitor supplier performance across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and innovation metrics to ensure long-term operational success.
