Full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Woodman Park Apartments

SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday

> On-call emergency service rotation 1x every 4th week (get bonuses and extra paid time!)

COMPENSATION: $23-26 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750 (based on site performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform apartment turns and make-ready tasks across multiple unit types
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and appliances
• Support preventative maintenance programs for buildings and community amenities
• Assist with exterior building repairs and seasonal tasks
• Participate in grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Provide coverage for the 24/7 emergency on-call rotation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-years general maintenance experience
• Minimum 6-month apartment or similar maintenance experience
• Skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Appliance repair knowledge, including washers and dryers
• EPA HVAC Certification preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Ability to physically demonstrate job duties during the interview process
