Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active Tennessee licensure as a School Psychologist or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience working in PreK–12 settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and interventions
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads independently
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for IEP teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Develop and implement behavior and academic intervention strategies
- Support crisis response and coordinate prevention programs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal requirements
