Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

To serve as the technical authority for the Financial Services Cloud platform, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will blend hands-on development with architectural leadership, driving the creation of scalable solutions and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Own the technical design of new capabilities, including data model decisions and integration points Lead development of advanced Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools Collaborate with developers to design cohesive, cross-platform architectures and oversee org health through technical debt reduction and performance optimization Required Qualifications 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Financial Services Cloud Deep expertise in the FSC data model, including Households and Financial Account Roles Advanced Apex development skills and proficiency with Lightning Web Components Experience in multi-developer orgs with version control and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and compliance considerations
