Job Title: Project Manager
\nDuration: 12+ Weeks
\nLocation: Boise, Idaho
\nPay Rate: $110/hour W2
\nClient: State of Idaho
\n \nComplete Description:
\nLead the implementation of the new Medicaid Management Information System modules and components from beginning to end, identifying schedule, scope, budget, implementation plan, and risk mitigation
\nCoordinate with all vendors and project managers via a master schedule and project governance to monitor risks, schedule, and deliverables.
\nEnsure end product meets requirements and deliverables for the EDW
\nCoordinate resources across multiple vendors and state teams through planning, implementation, go-live, and certification
\nAnalyze project progress and adapt when necessary
\nEstablish and maintain relationships and provide updates to appropriate audiences as needed
\nPresent to department executives and legislative body on project progress
\nSpecific skills:
\n \n5+ years project management experience in technology projects in health care or state government
\nStrong organizational skills
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
\nAbility to manage to deadlines and the critical path for project success
\nAbility to gather requirements and prioritize execution of data aggregation, analytics, and report development
\nAbility to actively work to expose issues as early as possible and work with Management to resolve
\nAbility to identify decision-making issues and key stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to encourage and obtain stakeholder and/or community awareness and support, and identify project partners
\nPreferred qualifications:
\n \nExperience working with Idaho state agencies
\nExperience with state Medicaid agencies
\nExperience with system and data conversion from legacy systems to new systems
\nExperience with change management, organizing training, and communication to ensure a smooth roll-out of new systems and processes
\n \nSkills
