Dining Room Supervisor - The Pier

Job Type: Seasonal, Hourly, Full Time & Part Time Job Summary: The Pier is hiring for the 2026 Summer Season. We are looking for a seasonal, hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented person to supervise The Pier Restaurant. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity with the position available May through mid-October. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities: Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate well with customers and staff members. Excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail. Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous restaurant supervisory experience required. Physical Requirements : Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly. Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting to work at a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
