Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve wholesome meals and snacks to our residents and staff, adhering to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Assist with meal planning, food inventory management, and menu planning as needed

• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement special dietary programs for residents with specific needs

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure their dietary needs are met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary experience or training preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Certification in Food Service Sanitation preferred
