We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas on a contract to permanent basis. This part-time position will provide day-to-day accounting support by maintaining accurate records, processing financial information, and assisting the Controller with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with invoices, sales reporting, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Support the accounting department with routine accounting and clerical activities to keep financial records organized and up to date.

• Enter daily financial and sales information into company systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Maintain invoice documentation by sorting, organizing, and filing records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

• Compare end-of-day sales figures with revenue documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with invoice handling and accounts payable-related administrative tasks as needed.

• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to track data, prepare records, and support reporting needs.

• Previous experience in an accounting clerk, accounts payable, or similar administrative finance role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, record filing, and basic accounting support tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other core Office applications.
• Ability to reconcile sales or revenue information and recognize inconsistencies in financial records.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage part-time responsibilities efficiently.
