Lead People. Protect the Standard. Own the Results.
Build Something You’re Proud to Lead.

Our team is growing! We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as an Operational Excellence Manager .

This is more than just a management job. It’s an opportunity to lead a high-performing automotive service team, develop talented people, deliver a Red Carpet customer experience, and make a direct impact on a growing company.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you own the overall health of your location—its culture, people, workflow, customer experience, performance, and facility. Your role isn't to personally do everyone else’s job; it is to lead the people who do, recognize when the operation drifts from our standard, and take decisive action to keep us on track.

What Sets Us Apart

We aren't a traditional dealership, nor are we a general automotive repair shop. We are a specialized dealership alternative with a high standard of quality and care:

• Specialty Focus: We work exclusively on Honda, Acura, Lexus, and Toyota vehicles, giving our team deeper expertise and professional, streamlined processes.

• No High-Pressure Sales or Commission Culture: We educate, communicate, and build trust. Our focus is proper recommendations, quality repairs, and long-term customer relationships.

• Industry-Leading Transparency: We use photos, videos, digital inspections, and clear communication to help customers understand what we see.

• We Invest in People: Structured training, technician mentorship, apprenticeship opportunities, and leadership development create real growth paths.

• Quality of Life First: Enjoy a 5-day, Monday–Friday schedule in clean, modern, climate-controlled facilities.

What You’ll Lead & Do

Overseeing the day-to-day performance of your location, you’ll collaborate closely with Service Advisors, Shop Foremen, Technicians, Speed Rack personnel, Parts, and Transportation teams:

• Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team while building a culture of ownership, accountability, empathy, and teamwork.

• Manage Workflow & Execution: Maintain a constant pulse on shop productivity, diagnostics, carryovers, parts delays, same-day completions, and facility standards.

• Protect the Standard: Protect our 5-star reputation and Red Carpet service, resolving customer concerns quickly with genuine ownership.

• Be the Solution: Understand issues, leverage team resources, make decisions, and follow through until problems are truly solved.
