Residential Services SupervisorWe are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our licensed group homes. If you are committed to excellence in residential care and possess strong supervisory skills, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of licensed group homes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policiesServe as the senior Direct Support Professional (DSP) within the program, providing guidance and mentorship to assigned DSPsDevelop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth home operationsEnsure all residents' plans are followed accurately and documented appropriatelyFacilitate routine tasks such as shopping, scheduling medical appointments, and other necessary activities to support residents' well-beingMaintain clear and effective communication as the primary liaison between the group home, guardians, DSPs, and outside therapistsMonitor and support staff performance, providing training and coaching as needed to promote professional growthEnsure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staffSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in residential care, preferably in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong knowledge of regulations and best practices related to licensed group homesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and develop a team of Direct Support ProfessionalsOrganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyCompassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents' quality of lifeValid driver's license and ability to perform routine errands and appointments as requiredThree years experience with intellectual disabilities or autismJoin our organization and become part of a supportive culture that values growth, teamwork, and making a positive difference in the community.
