Quality Specialist – Fresno, CA Atlas is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our Fresno, CA team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Understanding and utilizing quality procedures to carry out technical reviews, inspections and audits. Writing reports and recommendations. Performing periodic inspections on various items related to high speed rail. Using and interpreting Caltrans Specifications, codes, and project specifications. Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills. Ability to travel as needed to fabrication sites and the jobsite. Caltrans specification experience desirable. Requirements Minimum requirements: Minimum 5 years of construction quality experience with some experience in a quality and/or concrete technical role. At minimum the job requires the ability to travel to Fresno, CA for periodic inspections and audits which could be up to 2 to 3 days per week. Technical Requirements: Engineering degree. Advanced (MS or PhD) with emphasis on structures, concrete, or related field is preferred. Other miscellaneous qualities: Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to work as part of a team involving staff, clients and outside agencies. Compensation $90k - $145k annual salary. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
