Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: At least 2 years of previous step down experience License: Valid state nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous step down experience - BLS certification - ACLS certification - NIHSS certification - First-time travelers are welcome - Must have a driver's license - Must have completed a skills checklist within the past year - Must provide a copy of required certifications - Must provide one supervisory reference at the time of submission - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: The registered nurse will be a member of the interdisciplinary team. The traveler will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The position requires adherence to established protocols and the delivery of high-quality patient care. The registered nurse will be expected to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaboration with various healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
