We're seeking Retail Associates to join the Goodwill team in Herndon, VA and Sterling, VA! We are hiring for several customer-facing and store support positions and offering a fast, simple hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers and provide friendly service
• Operate a register and assist with sales as needed
• Sort, organize, hang, and prepare merchandise
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Support the team with daily store needs

Requirements:

• Friendly, dependable, and ready to work
• Comfortable working with customers and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to Herndon, VA or Sterling, VA
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Part-Time Sales Associate : $15/hr
• Full-Time and Part- Time Merchandise Processor (Sorter): $15/hr
• Full-Time and Part- Time Donation Attendant (Material Handler): $15/hr
• Full-Time Warehouse Team Leader (Key Holder): $18/hr
• • 6 months of supervisory experience required
