Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed company goals
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Identify growth opportunities and implement solutions to expand service capabilities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and relevant technology platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
