Warehouse Manager Job DescriptionAs a member of the Apollo Electrical Services Inc team, you will perform various tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations of a warehouse while ensuring our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. CDL preferred not required.Position expectationsSupporting all aspects of company directives and warehouse teamMovement of goods in the warehouse to maximize efficiencyMaintenance of company vehicle fleetMovement of company equipment between jobsitesCollecting stored products to fulfil jobsite ordersConsolidating/preparing products for delivery to jobsitesTransporting goods as neededCompany offersAdvancement opportunitiesCulture that encourages candid, open communicationContinued developmentRecognition for meeting goalsDesired Skills & ExperienceJob SpecificsReceive and unload/unpackage merchandiseTransport merchandise within the warehousePackage merchandise to fulfil jobsite ordersLog incoming/outgoing inventory as requiredMaintain accurate inventory recordsOrganize the stockroom to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiencyAssist in coordination of products entering/leaving warehouseMaintain all company standards/procedures5+ years of Warehouse Management requiredSkills & KnowledgeKnowledge of safety & distribution componentsKnowledge of commercial electrical industryProficient use of Microsoft Suite productsExcellent communication skills – clear and preciseRequirementsValid driver's license in good-standingExperience in industrial and/or commercial electricalProven track record of detailed workThorough knowledge of safety procedures & legal regulations/guidelinesDemonstrated excellent critical thinking & problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel to various work sites; clean driving recordMust speak/read/write English - Spanish a plusPreferredInventory experience2 plus years' experience in the electrical industryPhysical RequirementsMust be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.May require travel.Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.Must be on call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
