Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect Sitecore-based solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
• Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Define and enforce Sitecore best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems (Marketo, Analytics, Search).
• Oversee Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, JSS, and Headless architecture.
• Strong proficiency in.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Sitecore Certification (Developer or Architect) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Exposure to privacy compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust).
