Buonora CDC is currently seeking: A licensed and skilled Pediatric - Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide hands-on therapy sessions in a clinic/center-based setting. Requirements Job Details: Full-Time OR Part-Time Flexible work schedule Hands-on, in-person therapy sessions Cancelation policy, designed to prioritize employees Vacation, Retirement, and Health Benefits Continued Educational Opportunities (CE Credits) Collaborative Work Groups with team of professionals General Duties and Responsibilities: Establish individualized goals and a plan of care for each child and family that are directly related to their individual needs. Conduct OT and Developmental assessments/evaluations. Support families and children who possess various diagnoses, needs, disabilities, and developmental delays. Educate / “coach” a patient’s family members to be more adept at accommodating and caring for the patient effectively in between therapy sessions. Regularly and accurately document child’s growth and development and submit progress notes/reports when needed.
