Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, which includes conducting intake assessments, providing diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy to support client progress.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed promptly and in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in team meetings and case consultations to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain a culturally responsive relationship with clients, being sensitive to their diverse backgrounds, and ensuring an inclusive therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the State of Tennessee is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, although newly licensed candidates with strong skills and passion for clinical work are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome applications from those with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for helping clients navigate their mental health journeys. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and comprehensive support to ensure your well-being and job satisfaction.
