Sign-on Bonus of $3000 Pay & Schedule Pay: $33/hour increases to $34.65 on 9/1/26 Paid Training: $20/hour Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours Why Drive with NRT? Paid CDL training — no experience required Consistent hours, consistent pay Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Part‑time benefits package Supportive, safety‑first work environment Make a real impact in your local community What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
