Well established, dynamic regional construction company, seeks experienced, organized candidate for lead role in the purchasing/estimating department. 100+ homes per year.
Qualifications include:
· Proven track record of estimating and procurement in a fast-paced production environment.
· Experience in construction related positions with financial accountability.
· Demonstrated ability to foster critical relationships with Trade Partners, Suppliers, and our New Home Specialists.
The ideal candidate will be systems oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
Pay is commensurate with experience and includes medical and 401-K plan.
