Coinbase is seeking an M&A and Accounting Policy Manager to lead financial due diligence and purchase accounting across the deal lifecycle, reporting to the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting Policy. You will evolve accounting policies for new products in collaboration with Legal, Corporate Development, Tax, and Controllership. Responsibilities include leading financial due diligence, ASC 805 purchase accounting, equity method considerations, and producing disclosures for 10-Q/10-K #J-18808-Ljbffr
