Now, we're on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we're looking for a FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager to help us make that happen.About This RolePOV beauty is looking for a highly analytical, structured, and business-minded FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager to own core financial planning and analysis as we scale. You will partner directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to build forecasting rigor, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making across growth, marketing, operations, inventory, and retail expansion.This role is highly hands-on and builds from "zero to one." You will be responsible for creating the models, reporting cadence, and financial infrastructure that will scale with the business. We are looking for someone who brings elite technical finance skills alongside the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.ResponsibilitiesFP&ABuild, maintain, and scale integrated 3-statement financial models across revenue, marketing, inventory, and operations.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes, establishing a culture of financial discipline.Track actual performance vs. plan; deliver clear, monthly variance analysis with strategic insights for leadership and investors.Support strict cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management (critical for managing fast-moving inventory).Build KPI frameworks and automated dashboards to improve business visibility and unlock data-driven decision-making.Business Partnering and StrategyPartner closely with Marketing, Ops, and E-commerce to evaluate growth performance and investment ROI (CAC/LTV, ad spend efficiency).Support pricing, gross margin, and channel profitability analysis across current e-commerce and future retail expansion.Build agile scenario models to stress-test strategic decisions, inventory buys, and product launch timelines.Collaborate with our external accounting partners to ensure seamless alignment between historical actuals and forward-looking forecasts.RequirementsMust-have2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or strategic FP&A.Elite financial modeling skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency; experience building operating models from scratch in fast-paced environments.High ownership mindset, data-driven curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous "zero-to-one" environment.Ability to zoom into data details and zoom out to simplify complex financial concepts for creative and operational leaders.PreferredEx-investment banking analyst background is highly preferred.Exposure to beauty, consumer goods (CPG), e-commerce or retail.Benefits20 Days of PTO + 9 Holidays + 5 sick days100% of Medical, Dental & Vision paid for EmployeesGenerous Parental LeaveDiscounts on pov beauty products
