Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time Location: Store 2102‑Green Tree Mall, Clarksville, IN 47129 – Regular/Full Time. Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the store team in delivering an unforgettable shopping experience and achieving sales goals. Supervise and motivate the store team. Interact with customers and guide the overall customer experience. Develop strategies to meet and exceed team sales targets. Execute key‑holder duties, including opening, closing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. Create a positive, inclusive work environment and support leadership development.
