Oracle DBA At least 3 years of experience Application installation and patching User administration Problem resolution Monitoring and tuning Unix and Windows skills 3-5 years of RedHat Linux System Administration Experience Install, configure and support RedHat Operating System Satellite provisioning server and VMware Strong scripting skills in 2+ of shell, PHP, Perl, Python (shell, Perl preferred) The use and support of VMware Citrix Administrator Install Citrix patches when required Review and approval of all OS patches (Microsoft Security patches) to ensure there are no conflicts with Citrix Monitor systems to ensure availability and stability Installation, configuration and publishing new applications requested to groups Periodic Citrix upgrades End-user support when necessary Windows Administrator Maintain and Support Windows servers and applications Must have experience with IIS ( (IIS 5.0, 6.0, 7.0) Incident Management: Logging tickets, Triaging tickets and identifying the issue. If it is a bug in the system then log a defect for development and if it is an issue with business process then call the business stakeholder and explain them the issue. Daily Checks: Check daily logs so see if there are any errors Performance Monitoring: Monitor systems for performance (monitoring, recording and alerting Memory/CPU usage patterns) #J-18808-Ljbffr
