Project Safety Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a construction project located in Monroe, LA (Estimated Start Date: ASAP). The Project Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing occupational health and safety on the construction project, and will be working very closely with the on-site project management team to ensure subcontractor compliance with company and facility safety policies/procedures. The Project Safety Manager will be responsible for coordinating with other contractors working on site, reviewing project safety plans, JSAs, conduct/lead project safety meetings, conduct safety observations of field construction activities, respond and investigate incidents, etc. Qualifications Experience in Commercial or Industrial Construction Experience in Steel Erection Knowledge of occupational safety regulations Experience in Health & Safety Training Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred Relevant certifications such as CHST, GSP, ASP, or CSP preferred Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience as a Site Safety Professional $45/hour (x1.5/overtime hour) (pay dependent upon experience) Per diem available if not local (Local canidates preferred) Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Available #J-18808-Ljbffr Essential Safety Operational Partners, LLC
