Hospital Housekeeper - 2nd Shift – Cleveland Westside

Jani-King of Cleveland is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our dynamic Environmental Services (EVS) team on 2nd Shift.
About the Role:
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for daily housekeeping operations on the 2nd shift. You will ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to all infection control protocols.
Cleaning patient rooms, common areas and offices.
Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
Effectively communicating with staff at all levels, including executives, clinical staff, and fellow housekeepers.
Upholding the hospital's commitment to excellent customer service.
We are looking for a candidate with:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality standards.
A strong understanding of infection control protocols.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Rotating Weekends required
