Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $475,000 to $650,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, resulting in total target cash compensation between $500,000 and $800,000.
