ServiceNow GRC Engineer

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Consultant Position Type: Full-time (Contract) Duration: 12+ Months Location: Irving, TX & Charlotte, NC

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

• Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform using configuration and scripting.
• Implement and support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities.
• Contribute to Agentic AI use cases and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams, and business analysts to deliver features.
• Manage technical backlog items and support release planning and implementation.
• Perform coding, configuration, testing, and documentation following ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with defined standards.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support integration with third-party and cloud-based solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• ServiceNow development experience including platform configuration, customization, and scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module implementation and support.
• Ability to contribute to and develop Agentic AI use cases within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience delivering solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices in collaboration with platform and core teams.
• Proficiency in coding, configuration, unit testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable solution design, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Salary Range*: $50 to $55 Per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
