Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zum Management unserer Mandanten
Sicherstellung eines klar definierten Mehrwerts für unsere MandantenDurchführung von Prüfungshandlungen mit Fokus auf komplexe und spezialisierte Fragestellungen
Planung von Prüfungszielen unter Einhaltung berufsrechtlicher Standards und risikoorientierter Ansätze
Entwicklung eines tiefgehenden Verständnisses für Branchen, KPIs, Markt- und Technologietrends
Business-Development-Aktivitäten zum Ausbau unseres deutschen Mandantenstamms
Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden inkl. Delegation, Feedback und Coaching
Einsatz moderner Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung und Wissensweitergabe
Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit dem Geschäftsfeld Steuerberatung
Moderate Reisetätigkeit sowie erhöhte Auslastung während der Busy Season (Januar–Mitte April)

Dein Profil

Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Audit & Assurance
Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Accounting oder Steuern
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Recherche, Schriftverkehr und Kommunikation
Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie Führungs- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Hohes Maß an Integrität und Professionalität
Analytische Stärke sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Schreibfähigkeiten
Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
Aufgeschlossenheit und Interesse an Networking, Fachvorträgen und Seminarpräsentationen
