Junior Marketing

We are hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to support the delivery of client campaigns from initial setup through to post-campaign review. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn campaign marketing in practice rather than in theory. What you'll be doing Setting up and staffing campaign sites alongside experienced team members Representing client brands and explaining their products to customers directly Recording sign-ups, customer feedback, and campaign data accurately Contributing to team debriefs at the end of each campaign cycle Bringing forward your own ideas as you become familiar with the accounts - a number of our current campaigns began as suggestions from associates in this role What we're looking for You will be working with customers most days, so we are looking for someone comfortable starting conversations and able to stay organized during busy periods. Reliability is important: campaigns run to a fixed schedule and the team depends on everyone arriving prepared. No marketing degree or agency experience is required. Background in retail, hospitality, events, or promotions is useful but not essential. Full paid training is provided, covering the client accounts, campaign process, and customer engagement side of the work.
