Infusion Nurse

Full‑time Infusion Nurse – Greenwood Village, CO and Denver Metro Area Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients in the home or alternate site setting in accordance with care matrices and best practices. Evaluate and educate patients/care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy. Assess the home environment and identify necessary interventions for safety and appropriateness. Develop and evaluate the plan of care in conjunction with team members. Manage schedule via the company‑approved platform; communicate any changes promptly. Coordinate patient care via the approved platform. Participate in the nurse on‑call rotation to ensure continuous support. Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities at the time of service per policy and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong knowledge of company therapies, protocols, and clinical standards. Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and required clinical documents per policy and state guidelines. Work with appropriate departments to ensure all required patient documents (e.g., consents, POTs) are completed and returned within acceptable time frames. Perform other duties as assigned. Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; flexibility required. Participate in an on‑call rotation. Knowledgeable of IV access devices, including IV lines, ports, and administration of infusion medications. Drive up to 1 hour to see patients, with flexibility to cover distances of up to 2 hours as needed (mileage reimbursement and hourly rate provided). Licensed as an RN in the state of Colorado. Requirements Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing. RN degree; bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required. Participation in an on‑call rotation, nights and weekends included. Administrative oversight of workflows, policy compliance, and resource management. Emergency availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred. Experience in ICU and/or cardiac care preferred. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
