Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Our client is a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been providing affordable, high-quality healthcare services to underserved and uninsured populations across Indiana since 1977. The organization operates ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, a Mobile Health Unit, and in-house Pharmacy services. They deliver integrated primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to patients of all ages and backgrounds throughout the state. The Position Our client is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their outpatient behavioral health team in South Bend, Indiana.
