The ideal candidate is passionate about optical fashion and is looking for a long-term opportunity where they can build relationships with the clientele and retail team. SEE offers competitive hourly rates and a friendly, family-owned environment. We are looking for Optometrists, based on our growing business needs.Looking for an Optometrist 1-2 days per week. You will be accountable for ensuring that your team has clear direction on down-time utilization and prioritization of tasks.Duties & Responsibilities:Tasks include but are not limited to:Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rateNetworking and building relationships in the marketDelivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on quality and experienceMaking lenses recommendations to patients from the chairCompleting a quality hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each examUtilizing down-time to network and interact with potential patients and the team on the sales floor
