Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager

Full-Time | Hybrid

Co-Dough is looking for an experienced and highly creative Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to oversee our social media channels, create high-quality original content, and support our broader marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong creative judgment, an exceptional eye for content, and the organization and experience to take projects from concept through execution.

Social Media & Content

• Manage Co-Dough’s day-to-day social media accounts
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and maintain an organized content calendar
• Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content
• Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content
• Write captions and social copy consistent with Co-Dough’s brand voice
• Manage comments, messages, tags, and community engagement
• Monitor social media performance and analytics
• Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets
• Stay current on relevant social media trends and platform updates

Marketing & Brand

• Conduct market and industry research
• Develop and present creative marketing ideas
• Plan and execute approved marketing initiatives
• Support consistency across customer-facing brand materials
• Assist with additional marketing and creative projects as needed

This is an experienced-level position. Candidates must have demonstrated professional experience managing social media and creating content for a brand, business, or professional client.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience directly managing brand or business social media accounts
• Strong portfolio of professional social media, photography, video, or marketing work
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
• Strong photography, filming, and editing skills
• Experience developing and managing content calendars
• Excellent writing and copywriting skills
• Understanding of social media analytics
• Strong creative and visual judgment
• Understanding of brand voice and visual consistency
• Experience with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a high standard for finished work
• Comfortable receiving creative direction and feedback
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through

A college degree is not required. Professional experience, creative ability, judgment, and quality of work are more important to us than a specific degree.

The ability to understand and execute Co-Dough’s brand voice and creative direction is essential to this position. You’ll work closely with the founder on creative direction while independently managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. All outward-facing content and marketing materials are subject to final approval.

• Hybrid, with regular in-person hours required at Co-Dough
• Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required
