Data Engineer-1Duration: 07 Months + Possible extension Location: Iselin, NJ & Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Client: Financial ServicesResponsibilities:Develop ETL frameworks and toolsDesign and optimize databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3, Airflow)Implement CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance monitoringLead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive best practicesRequirements:5 to 7 years of experience in Python backend developmentExpertise in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and other DB toolsExpertise in AWS services, Scalr, TerraformExperience with ETL frameworks and toolExperience with Kafka, event-driven architectureStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsNice to have:Experience with working for technology department of Asset Management firms
