We're Looking for RNs Who:

• Have 23 years of Med/Surg (preferred); Skilled Home Health (preferred); Will consider ICU or ED experience
• Bring strong foundational skills, such as wound care, infusions, lines and catheter care
• Are skilled at delivering personalized care based on each patient's unique needs and environment
• Are confident working independently and managing their own schedules Have personal vehicle and current/active auto insurance
• Are able to travel to patient homes within assigned region
• Are available for medically necessary on-call (1 weekday/week and 1 weekend/month)

OASIS experience is preferred, but not required. Hours are M-F 8am - 5 pm with some weekend and on call rotations.

Summary: Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a home health setting.
