The Opportunity

You will take a hands-on role in erecting vital pre-manufactured steel structures for federal and government infrastructure projects. This position offers dynamic outdoor challenges, steady weekly pay, and the opportunity to build high-impact structures nationwide. You will leverage your technical assembly skills to drive structural integrity on high-priority worksites.

How You Will Make an Impact

Erect and align pre-engineered structural steel frameworks according to strict engineering plans.
Install metal wall panels, roof sheeting, insulation, and trim components with precise craftsmanship.
Assemble structural steel framing, trusses, purlins, and girts safely using specialized hand and power tools.
Unload, inventory, and stage structural materials safely to maintain an efficient site layout.
Rig, hoist, and signal structural steel members safely during overhead crane placement operations.
Inspect structural alignments continuously using plumb lines, levels, and laser measurement tools.
Enforce all federal jobsite safety standards and protocols across outdoor structural working zones.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in assembling and erecting pre-engineered metal buildings or structural steel systems.
Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights and perform strenuous labor in outdoor environments.
Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to various project sites nationwide.
Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated proficiency operating essential hand and power tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

5 years of related experience in steel erection, metal building assembly, or general construction.
Direct experience working on federal, government, or municipal construction contract locations.
