Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / PostpartumWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Mother-Baby and Couplet Care within a high-volume, high-census setting. This position entails caring for a diverse patient population with high-risk obstetric needs, focusing on postpartum treatment following delivery.Assignment Length: 13 or 26 weeks (traveler choice)Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts (traveler choice)Shift Timing: Night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)Weekends: 6 weekend days required per contractMinimum of 2 years of experience in a high acuity postpartum or obstetric care setting.Ability to manage a census surge and handle multiple couplets effectively.Active compact nursing license is required.Float opportunities to postpartum and labor & delivery units are expected.Experience with the following is required:High-risk obstetric careMagnesium administrationPitocinFoley cathetersPostpartum hemorrhage managementSubstance withdrawalJADA experience is preferred.EPIC system experience is mandatory.Certifications Required: BLS, NRP.This unit operates within a large volume facility that caters to high-risk obstetric patients, focusing on comprehensive postpartum care for mothers and their newborns. The unit handles a broad array of cases related to postpartum treatment, ensuring high standards of care and support for a diverse patient demographic.Client Details State WA
