The Program Office needs an individual that has the proven track record of experiences to see future risks / opportunities, be the first to jump into the issue, bring others with them, and hold everyone accountable until the problem is solved. A self-driven individual who can independently manage their scope, as well as escalate to leadership when applicable, will easily weave into the Program Office team dynamics. Strong intrinsic leadership characteristics to influence others, internally and externally, is also sought. Successful candidate must have effective decision making capabilities.Daily activity will involve providing guidance, mentorship, and process development across Engineering, Operations, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, and Business Management. Mindset will be creating short term solutions to keep the program moving forward as well as long term solutions to ensure the needed efficiency is in place. As well, this individual will need to cultivate a unified team mentality across organizations to break down silos to develop clear vision of the value stream.
