Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Shift: 36-40 hours/week; Monday-Friday, need evening hours - will work with candidate to determine best schedule (3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8s)

Job Description:

Staff Physical Therapists are responsible for direct patient care, evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong customer service skills, clinical skills, documentation, and patient outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional standards and be driven toward continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork skills are an essential quality that will allow success in contributing to the operation of the Health System.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and development of assistants involved in the care of their patients.
• Primarily outpatient caseloads in a rural health setting, including ortho, neuro, and ages 10-100.
• Role specifics include outpatient-based, 1-on-1 care, Epic documentation, and floating to inpatient occasionally.
