Hybrid Position: In office Tue-Thur
Key Responsibilities
Transfer Agency Operations Oversight
- Provide oversight of performance of Transfer Agent servicing activities.
- Monitor service execution to ensure activities are completed accurately and timely.
- Support transaction-related operations, statements and confirmations, client call inquiries, website support, client correspondence, tax reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
Operational Process Management
- Net settlement
- Omnibus reconciliation
- Oversee historical document and client operational support requests, including:
- Processing requests (Money Movement, Transfer Requests, adjustments, etc.)
- Mercer specialty process requests
- Elevated client scenarios
- Operational support requests
- Document requests
Mutual Fund Direct (MFD) Operations Support
- Oversee additional less frequent MFD operational processes, including:
- Fund event updates
- Fund mailings
- Forms review
- Escheatment
- ESA force liquidation
- Promotion/demotion
- CA matching
- Client alerts
- Infowave updates
- TAC report
- Afores
- Public site review
- IID file updates
